SHERYL HILL
ClearCause Executive Director

Sheryl’s professional career centered on information technology and communications for healthcare major markets working for fortune 500 companies. She and her husband are also founders of ClearCause Foundation.  Sheryl is an author, successful grant writer, and founder of more than three nonprofits.  Her family has hosted more eight internationals for more than twelve years.  Her son, Tyler Hill, died a preventable death on a People to People Student Ambassador Trip to Japan in 2007.  Four years of advocating for Traveling Youth Standards of Safety – TYS SOS, became the catalyst for ClearCause.  She enjoys life on Lake Minnetonka with her family and friends, cheering for her youngest son at sporting events, public speaking and exercising when she isn’t advocating for Safe Global Youth Travel. Cheryl Butz All in One Accounting

CHERYL BUTZ
ClearCause Chief Financial Officer

Cheryl is a controller at All in One Accounting.  She holds a degree in accounting and small business management from Metropolitan State University.  Cheryl is a member of Twin Cities Nonprofit Financial Managers Group and represents All in One Accounting at the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.  Cheryl is known for her ability to pinpoint financial opportunities for nonprofits like ClearCause.  She excels at budgeting, forecasting and human resource development.  ClearCause retained All in One Accounting April, 2013.  Contact Cheryl:  Cheryl at AllinOneAccounting.com

 

 
KACIE GRIFFITH
ClearCause Social Media Manager

Kacie is a 2012 graduate at Colorado State University earning a degree in business administration.  Go Rams!  At CSU Kacie was Captain and All American College Hockey Association player for Colorado Ram’s women’s Ice Hockey Team.  Kacie championed many hockey fundraisers and managed all of her team’s accounts and social media outlets. Kacie is founder of Socially Creative LLC.

JULIE NEKOLA
ClearCause Outreach Director

Julie puts decades of experience in technical writing with Cargill to work for ClearCause.   Julie is also an author.  She is recognized for her exemplary customer service and attention to details. Julie enjoys her ‘pups’, family and has a passion for holiday celebrations with family and friends. Julie was in Japan with the Hills shortly after Tyler was disconnected from life support.  Julie handles ClearCause nonprofit Sales Force CRM -Constituent Resource Management system, newsletters, fundraising, and outreach.  Email Julie: Julie at ClearCauseFoundation.org
